Invoice Request Form

Hi there! If you've found yourself here it's because you're in need of an invoice. TMC is a credit card only organization, but for schools districts and other special cases where folks may not be able to access a card payment option we've built the Invoice Request Form!

Description

In the special cases where an individual or organization has no other payment option, TMC follows an alternate registration process in which folks can request an invoice by completing the Invoice Request Form.

We recommend that all invoice request forms are submitted at the latest 10 business days prior to your intended course date to allow for processing. However, we will only be able to move folks into their preferred course date as space allows. 

Note: This itself is not an actual course, it exists to hold interested parties registration information until an invoice can be created for them.

Cost - For Manager Level Courses

$650 per attendee for organizations with budgets above $5 million
$550 per attendee for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $5 million
$425 per attendee for organizations with budgets below $2 million
$395 per attendee for individuals attending without organizational assistance
 

Cost - For Staff Level Courses

$350 per attendee for organizations with budgets above $5 million
$300 per attendee for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $5 million
$225 per attendee for organizations with budgets below $2 million
$200 per attendee for individuals attending without organizational assistance
 
TMC does not offer group discounts.
Our multi-session trainings only list the start date, but run consecutively.
You will only be charged once your request has been processed. After which an invoice will be emailed to you with a 2 week duedate from the date of acceptance.
